II Edition International Arbitration Conference

2026

November 5-6, 2026

“Salon Rojo”, School of Law, University of Buenos Aires

International arbitration has become the primary mechanism for resolving disputes arising from cross-border trade and investment, and Latin America occupies an increasingly relevant position on that global stage. Against this backdrop, the University of Buenos Aires, Columbia Law School, and the New York City Bar Association are building a permanent space for dialogue that goes beyond any single event.

Their purpose is to build bridges: between professional practice and academia, between established experience and the next generation, and among the region's different arbitration centers. The Conference brings together arbitrators, academics, law firms, and young professionals from across Latin America to discuss the field's current challenges, strengthen a regional community of practice, and train the professionals who will lead international arbitration in the years ahead.
